checking in was really good. i was able to leave my bags after checking out. this allowed me to explore a bit more before leaving. the room was a decent size and clean. it had what i needed for my short stay.

i booked for myself and my children. there was only one bed even though it was big. my son would not have wanted to share it if he had been older.

Location was superb. It was a short walk from Victoria station. I found a gym to use. The staff were very polite. They offered tea and coffee after breakfast, and I found that very thoughtful. I very much appreciated the complimentary use of those facilities. I also enjoyed the sauna, it was very relaxing after a day of shopping.

I think the pool changing rooms needs some attention. I saw that the floor was wet everywhere, not comfortable.

The location was really great for my event. It was easy to get to the AO arena. Breakfast offered a good start to the day. Staff were mostly helpful .

The TV in my room didn't work well. I tried calling the front desk, and no one answered. The pillow was too soft. The USB port near the bed did not work, so my phone was not charged.

The location proved convenient. The AO arena was right in front of us. The room featured hardwood-style flooring. Victoria station was also just a short two-minute walk away (this was a BIG plus).

The bed was a little hard but other than that was OK. The bathroom was clean and tidy though.
